A distinguished Saudi Private Bank sought to achieve procurement excellence by obtaining CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) certification, aiming to elevate its procurement practices to international standards. To achieve this ambitious goal, the bank engaged Procurement Plus to conduct a Procurement Maturity Assessment and assist in closing gaps identified within its procurement department.
The Client wanted to achieve the procurement excellence through obtaining CIPS certification.
The Client engaged Procurement Plus to assess the maturity of their procurement department and help them in closing all gaps.
Procurement Plus supported the client with assessing the maturity of their procurement department through applying maturity assessment framework to identify their areas of improvement. The maturity assessment included, Leadership, Policy and strategy, People, Processes and performance management our Job included:
