What is it? This is a self-assessment of your Procurement skills. You will be guided through eight dimensions of Procurement as you assess yourself on a range of question items. As such, skills are uniquely aligned to each distinct phase and the capabilities of procurement.

What happens when I finish? On completion you will receive your individual report with an assessment of your capability across a range of technical competencies. The key output is a set of 70:20:10 recommendations that will help you consider your development priorities with suggestions for you to use in your workplace.
Reliability and Deployment: The context for the question set is based on an established phased approach to the strategic procurement process. The content of each question has been considered by procurement consultants and practitioners in Australia and United Kingdom to ensure relevance, reliability and validity of the Skills Assessment. The evaluation is designed to gain insights into team and individual skill sets. To this end there are varying levels of difficulty in the question set however, criteria are not designed to ‘trip up’ or trick you. There is no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ profile result but rather an an insight into the overall picture. Yes! This assessment is available online and requires no face-to-face interviews. It can easily be deployed across a geographically dispersed workforce. Each person will receive their own unique login credentials and on completion, their individualised reports. B) Procurement Behavioural Self Assessment
What is it? Against a shifting backdrop, it is crucial to identify the inherent BEHAVIOURS required to create, to drive change, to transform thinking, manage and to lead. This is a self-evaluation of your behavioural competencies. You will be guided through critical behavioural styles as you assess yourself on 72 behaviour descriptions. It explores the Personal Attributes, Interpersonal Attributes and Leadership Attributes that underpin performance in procurement. Behavioural assessment has been uniquely aligned to recognised distinct phase and capabilities of procurement.

C) Procurement Knowledge Evaluation
What is it? This evaluation centres on the skills required to perform the procurement function in strategic procurement. This is an evaluation of your Procurement knowledge. You will be guided through eight dimensions of Procurement and you will be asked a set of multiple choice questions for each. This is a timed assessment and at the allocated time the assessment will close.
The question set is based on technical skills standards and there are varying levels of difficulty in the question set however, they are not designed to ‘trip up’ or trick you but rather to provide an insight into your expertise across procurement.

B) Procurement Contract Management Knowledge Evaluation
What is it? This evaluation centres on the knowledge required to perform across the Contract Management. This is an evaluation of your practical contract knowledge. You will be guided through eight dimensions of Contract Management and you will be asked nine multiple choice questions for each dimension. This is a timed assessment and at 60 minutes the assessment will close. The question set is based on technical skills standards and there are varying levels of difficulty in the question set however, they are not designed to ‘trip up’ or trick you but rather to provide an insight into your expertise across procurement.
What happens when I finish? On completion you will receive an individual report with an assessment of your capability across the dimensions of commercial contract management competencies. The report will highlight each dimension focusing on your strengths and your evolving skill-sets. The key output is a set of recommendations for you to consider in light of the case-study scenario evaluation completed.
C) Commercial Awareness Evaluation
What is it? The Commercial Awareness Evaluation is designed to diagnose commercial awareness to deliver ‘value’ beyond traditional economic measures of value, such as price savings. The pursuit of value for money in procurement is hampered by the lack of a clear framework to define what is value? We may well be able to define what it is not, for example accepting the lowest priced offer, but we are not always able to define how we may recognise it if we achieved it?
